Meet Our Team
Brent Raverty
Director / Principal Adviser
I am a strong believer that too many people leave their financial future to chance, and because of this, I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their financial goals, by providing them with clear, straightforward and professional advice.
Having worked in the Bank and Finance industry since 2008, I have helped hundreds of clients do just that. I won’t just bring you my experience and expertise for the short term, but also help you plan for your financial freedom, security and independence for the years to come.
Life away from work has Leanna and I enjoying watching our daughters, Isabella and Scarlett, at dance aerobics, gymnastics and netball. We also love spending time as a family at our favourite holiday destination, Yamba, in northern NSW.
I am a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia. I also hold a Bachelor of Business Degree from Queensland University of Technology, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.
Adam Vermillion
Director / Principal Adviser
I have worked across a number of industries throughout my years and have therefore experienced a range of expectations, lifestyles and work/life demands. I believe that this background has enabled me to gain a valued insight and appreciation for the many and varied needs and goals of others.
I have been a dedicated director for many years now and can honestly say that “I love this job”. There is no better feeling than when you are able to help guide clients along the journey to achieve their financial goals and realise some financial freedom.
The pathway to achieving this is not a quick process but a journey that we must take together. Working in partnership to create and subsequently achieve a client’s individualised Masterplan is both exciting and satisfying.
Having worked in the finance industry for many years now my honest advice to anybody contemplating their financial future is not to hesitate. Your financial freedom is one of life’s constants and everybody can make changes or implement strategies, big or small, to help in this process no matter what stage of life you are at, but it takes planning. So make an appointment today and get started on your own Masterplan.
For me, this work, community and family is what matters most. Now that my two sons are older and at university, the school years are complete, I am enjoying the extra time available to focus on work and the community. My wife and I enjoy travelling when we can and sport in the community.
I am a member of the Financial Planners Association of Australia, hold a Bachelor Degree in Education and have an Advanced Diploma in financial planning, as well as many years of experience.
Nicky Vermillion
Client Services Manager
I have been working in administrative finance for the last decade. Prior to this I was in the education sector creating and implementing programmes within learning support and enhancement.
Since moving in to finance I have found my role to be both challenging and exciting. I enjoy the opportunity to forge relationships with clients and support them and their adviser throughout their journey toward achieving their financial Masterplan.
I am a mother of two nearly grown boys and have thoroughly enjoyed the experiences that this has offered throughout the years, but I am also ready to enjoy the next phase of life now that they do not need me as much.
My partner and I love to spend time together. We enjoy travelling and aim to visit as many countries around the world as possible.
Leanna Raverty
Practice Manager
I have been working in administration and client services in the finance sector for the last seven years. The ten years prior to that I was a Team Assistant in a large corporate bank, including at a state level in their retail sector. This saw me provide a professional level of support in managing the state operational and administrative aspects of the network.
Time in this role built my problem-solving skills, saw me manage stakeholder relationships, whilst I also worked to lead and influence change in the business.
I really enjoy helping clients to achieve their financial goals and love building a lasting relationship with each client. Finance seems to be a topic where people say, “Oh yes I need to get onto that” and that’s where we can help clients make a start on the journey, whilst avoiding any confusion they might have had trying to do it on their own. Being able to support people to achieve their financial goals is very rewarding.
Brent and I have two beautiful girls and on weekends we love to spend our time at the beach, riding bikes at the waterfront or catching up with friends.
